- Perusing and advising you on specific documents or intellectual property rights which are subject to confidentiality and non-disclosure
- Preparing and drafting your NDA with clauses which impose certain condition precedents to be fulfilled by the non-disclosing/receiving party
- Explaining the contents of the NDA and confirming your instructions
- Attending to signing of the NDA with the relevant parties at our office
Comprehensive

- Telephone or in-person consultation with a qualified and practising lawyer
- Advising you and taking your instructions on your need for an NDA and the nature of confidentiality
- Advising you on parties to the NDA
- Perusing and advising you on specific documents or intellectual property rights which are subject to confidentiality and non-disclosure
- Preparing and drafting your NDA with clauses which impose certain condition precedents to be fulfilled by the non-disclosing/ receiving party according to your specific instructions or preparing and drafting your NDA comprising back-to-back clauses with a definitive agreement
- Explaining the contents of the NDA and confirming your instructions
- Liaising with the other party(ies) lawyers on the draft NDA & attending to amendments
- Attending to signing of the NDA with the relevant parties at our office
Add-ons
On-Location Signing

Within Klang Valley
- Our lawyers can attend signing of the NDA at a location of your choice within the Klang Valley and also witness the signing of the NDA on behalf of Parties
- Additional travelling charges will apply for locations outside the Klang Valley
Supplementary NDA

Within 12 months
- Pre-pay a discounted fee for amendments to be made to the NDA by way of a Supplementary which you can make any time within 12 months
- Includes the drafting, signing and witnessing of a supplementary agreement incorporating the amendment
Inclusion of additional specific boilerplate clauses

- Pre-pay a discounted fee for inclusion of specific boilerplate clauses as set out below:-
- Force Majeure clause;
- Counterparts clause (to sign the NDA in counterparts);
- Notice clause;
- Superseding clause;
- Costs clause;
- Dispute Resolution clause.
Stamping of NDA

For two (2) copies of the NDA to be stamped
- Our lawyers/ dispatch can attend to stamping of two (2) copies of the NDA on behalf of Parties
- Additional charges will apply for more than two (2) copies to be stamped
