Our Services

• Advising complainants and victims of their rights and remedies, and assisting them in lodging complaints with the relevant law enforcement agencies and authorities
• Advising, representing and defending suspects and accused in investigations and prosecutions by the relevant law enforcement authorities such as the police and the Attorney-General’s Chambers
• Advising, representing and defending suspects who are under arrest and in remand proceedings
• Advising, representing and defending accused in entering a guilty or a not guilty plea, applying for bail and mitigation

• Representing and defending suspects and accused in investigation and prosecution by the Attorney General’s Chambers for drug-related offences under the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952
• Advising and assisting complainants and victims in applying for an interim protection order and lodging complaints with the relevant law enforcement authorities
• Advising, representing and defending suspects and accused in investigation and prosecution by the Attorney General’s Chambers for offences committed during the Movement Control Order and Conditional Movement Control Order
