这将是我们首次以中文举办的医疗疏忽法律分享会，专为以中文沟通的病人而设，帮助更多病人和家属以自己最熟悉的语言了解法律权利与维权途径。

When faced with a medical mistake, many patients and their families often feel helpless and unsure where to begin. In truth, medical negligence is not merely an “accident” by a doctor — it is a serious issue involving patients’ rights and justice. In this session, we will explain, in clear and simple terms, what constitutes medical negligence, what legal actions patients and/or their families can take, and how to pursue fair compensation and accountability for yourself or your loved ones.
This event is our first Mandarin-language talk on medical negligence, specifically to help Mandarin-speaking patients and families understand their legal rights in a language they are most comfortable with.
