About this talk
Obtaining Malaysian citizenship remains a challenge for numerous children born in Malaysia or to a Malaysian parent, many of whom remain stateless. Join us to understand the recognition of citizenship by operation of law (Article 14) or apply for citizenship by registration (Article 15A). We will also discuss the recent Constitution (Amendment) Bill 2024 and its adverse impact on stateless children in Malaysia.
