12:30pm – 2:30pm Mediation: Should I Settle or Battle? (Download pdf brochure)
Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution. It is neither litigation nor arbitration. Parties are encouraged to resolve their own disputes and to arrive at a mutually acceptable solution of the matter. Upon agreement, there can be no further litigation or arbitration of the matter. It is a method that saves a lot of time, energy and legal costs.
