Aishah Rahim graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from International Islamic University Malaysia in July 2022. Following her graduation, she undertook pupillage at MahWengKwai & Associates, under the tutelage of Mr. Raymond Mah. During her pupillage, Aishah gained exposure to various practice areas, including land disputes, construction law, strata matters, probate cases, family law, and employment law.

Aishah Rahim was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2024 and began practice as an associate at MahWengKwai & Associates upon her admission.

Aishah Rahim practices law across diverse areas, including Family Law, Syariah Estate Planning, and Construction law. In Family Law, she assists clients with Citizenship and Adoption applications, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and advocating for their interests. Additionally, Aishah Rahim provides counsel in Syariah Estate Planning, assisting clients in structuring their estates in alignment with Islamic law principles. In Construction law, she adeptly handles various legal matters, including arbitration and adjudication processes, to resolve disputes efficiently within the construction industry.
