Nataline obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Leeds in 2019 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-Law of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 2021.
Subsequently, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia in June 2023.
Nataline’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. She has experience advising on a wide range of corporate transactions and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts.
