Khairul Hakimi

Khairul graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Multimedia University in 2021. He commenced pupillage at Messrs K K Lim under the guidance of Mr Syed Ismat where he was exposed to various areas of practice including litigation, debt recovery, probate, and executions. Khairul was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2022.

Khairul’s current area of practice includes real estate and loan transactions for the acquisition and disposal of property by individuals and corporate entities.

Conveyancing Experience

• Drafted, negotiated and liaised with other solicitors on terms of sale and purchase agreements to ensure client’s best interest in each transaction.
• Drafted loan documents for individual and corporate borrowers on behalf of various banks.
• Advised financial institutions for disbursement of loan facility to corporate and individual borrowers, by ensuring complete documentation and ensuring client bank’s interest is secured.
• Attend client meetings, assisted in explaining each commercial transaction from initiation to completion and addressed client’s concerns.

• Drafted various agreements including share sales agreements, commission-based employment contracts, money lending agreements, loan documents for various banks, non-disclosure agreements, sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements and wills.
• Managed end-to-end debt recovery litigation process, including drafting cause papers and representing clients in court proceedings to secure debt recovery judgments.
• Effectively managed non-contentious probate applications, overseeing the entire process from initial court filings to the final distribution to beneficiaries.
