Our Experience
- Advising and assisting TRAFFIC Southeast Asia in the Better Chance for Tigers project, including providing a legislative review on the Wildlife Conservation Act 2010 and International Trade in Endangered Species Act 2008.
- Conducting a watching brief for TRAFFIC Southeast Asia in a criminal prosecution involving an accused person charged under Section 68 of the Wildlife Conservation Act 2010 for possession of a tiger carcass, also as part of the Better Chance for Tigers project.
