1.Corporate Legal Assistant

We are looking for a corporate lawyer to join our practice and to expand our portfolio of corporate, commercial and Fintech work.

 

Qualifications
* Min CGPA of 3.40 or 2nd Upper-Class LLB.
* 3 – 5 years experience in handling corporate and commercial matters
* Able to handle corporate matters including corporate agreements, incorporation, advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Fintech experience is an advantage.

* Well versed in Malaysian company law with a practical business sense
* Meticulous, systematic and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Leadership qualities, an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent (spoken and written) in English, Chinese and Malay.

2.Conveyancing Clerk

We are looking for a conveyancing clerk to join our practice and to complement our diverse portfolio of corporate and real estate litigation practice.

 

Qualifications

* Minimum 3 -5  years experience in conveyancing.

* Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.

* Meticulous, systematic and able to work independently with a positive attitude.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good (spoken and written) English and BM.

 

3.Personal Assistant

We are looking for a candidate who has 1-2 years experience to carry out basic accounting with the ability to follow up. Able to complete tasks on a timely basis is necessary and valued.

 

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years relevant experience.

* Accounting degree/diploma (LCCI/CAT/ACCA) or, Human Resource Qualification will be an added advantage.

* Good (spoken and written) English and BM.

* Dependable and hardworking.

* Familiar with Google, Email, MS Word and Ms Excel.

* Tech-savvy would be an advantage.
